This site provides all the tools you need to
learn about the real estate market in CT.
Whether you are selling or buying, staying local
or relocating, a first time or repeat buyer,
there is a lot of information here to assist
you. You will find links to home searches, MLS
listings, town home pages (to learn about the
services each town provides), town profiles,
education sites of each school in the area,
financing tools, and more. While this site
primarily focuses on the Farmington Valley-
located in Hartford County and consisting of the
towns of Avon, Canton, Farmington, Granby and
Simsbury - it also is a good tool to learn about
all counties and towns in Connecticut. Just

Selling A Home?
You will find a great deal of information on
preparing and pricing your home for sale. In the
current marketplace, it is no longer adequate to
just put up a for sale sign or to hire a Realtor
friend who is new to the business. The Multiple
Listing Service will not provide enough exposure
for your home to set it apart from the vast
competition that exists. Click on the "Sellers"

Buying A Home?
You will find loads of information on the

John has moved on the lead the Farmington Office of
Prudential CT Realty. While not actively taking
on new business, he will, in concert with me,
